21st August, 2017, a clear and boundless sky appeared instead of haze conditions. In this fruitful and pivotal season, we ushered in Anqing Foreign Language School’s 2017 Senior One Students’ Military Training Camp. Anqing Foreign Language School’s President Madam Huang Wenli, Principal Assistant Qian Zhihong as well as Staff Officer Zhong Yi with Anqing Armed Police Detachment attended the Summer Camp Opening Ceremony.
In the first place, Director Xu Haihong chaired the opening ceremony. Afterwards, Staff Officer Zhong Yi spoke on behalf of all the drillmasters. Later on, Director Xu Zuitai made a pep talk on military training.
In the second place, at the opening ceremony, school leaders encouraged us to make strict demands on ourselves in military standards, carry forward the hard-working spirit and participate in the military training in high spirit and morale to smoothly complete the 5-day military training.
In the third place, instructors with Armed Police Detachment showcased students various kinds of demonstrative actions. What’s more, everyone was passionate about the ten drillmasters’ neatly arranged movement, metallic command in addition to their vigorous strength.
In the fourth place, Anqing Foreign Language School’s President Madam Huang Wenli declared the official opening of Anqing Foreign Language School’s 2017 Military Training Summer Camp, which officially raised the curtain of the military training camp. Furthermore, led by their respective instructors, Senior One students arrived at their assembling place to implement the training drills, including formation drill, standing& sitting postures and quick march. In accordance with instructors’ command, all students earnestly completed each action. Also, at the recess break, instructors and students spoke out freely, making a cheerful scene.
To conclude, a good beginning is half done. A great many students expressed one after another that they would cherish this rare opportunity to painstakingly cultivate their volitional quality and abilities of independent living to make a good start for the subsequent three years’ senior high school life.
